At Top Side Lacrosse, our goal is simple…
To make you bigger, stronger, faster, and more confident. Our sessions are designed around drills that are to be done at game speed or faster. We will give you the ability to outperform your opponent in any given situation. We will increase your overall speed, shot speed, accuracy, agility, dodging ability, footwork, defensive positioning, save percentage, and general knowledge of the game.
*We offer several different packages towards both individual players as well as groups. We put together specific and matchless programs that concentrate on specific needs while still giving you a complete work out.
Our drills include, but are not limited to:
- Offensive – shooting, catching, throwing, cradling, dodging,
and stick protection
- Defensive – body positioning, checks, slide-and-recover
- Fitness and Awareness – footwork, speed, agility, resistance, core training,terminology, and field awareness
- Goalie Play – footwork, communication, stick skills, clearing, shot anticipation, and positioning
Our individual sessions allow for maximum one-on-one training to focus on excelling your performance, while our group sessions help train during simulated game-type situations that allow you to work with, excel with, and learn from other players.
Each workout is fully customized and tailored to your needs, abilities, and goals.
Our TSL coaches have competed and top collegiate levels and understand what it takes to succeed. The drills and methods we use have been tested and proven to work at all levels of competition.

Lessons can be bought individually or in packages of 4 or 10. All sessions are 1 hour long.
1 session - $60
4 sessions - $225
10 sessions - $500
*Group packages available upon request*
*All players must be registered with US Lacrosse prior to participating.
